PREGTAIN is to be administered orally, rectally or by vaginal route.
Vaginal Administration: Each capsule should be inserted deeply into the vagina.
Rectal administration should be considered whenever vaginal administration is not possible.

Pregtain 100 mg thrice a day from the 17th day of the cycle for 10 days. If pregnant, it is continued till 12th week of pregnancy.
